The Superintendent / Builder at Rezide Properties is a critical memeber of our residential homebuilding team. You will be responsible for managing and supervision all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be under the direct supervision of the Head of Construction and/or the VP of Production as specified on a job to job basis.


What You'll Do:

  • Manage and lead subcontractors, trade partners, and vendors to meet construction goals.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and customer care teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Approve work orders, invoices, and construction plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date schedules and task lists in construction management software.
  • Conduct homeowner walkthroughs, orientation sessions, and sign-off meetings.
  • Stay current with building codes, best practices, and new construction products.
  • Collaborate on hiring, training, and expanding the trade partner base.
  • Ensure company and OSHA safety guidelines are adhered to on job sites by employees & contractors
  • Perform on-site or in office meetings with customers


What You'll Need:

  • 3 or more years of experience in residential construction as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management software such as ThreadKore or similar tools, and Google Workspace.
  • Reliable transportation is preferred; vehicle and fuel allowance are provided.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and applying local, state, and federal building codes.
  • Tech-savviness to manage online plans, PDFs, and digital communication effectively.
